Roof repair tech

Looking for a tech that is capable of completing roof repairs on shingle, flat, tile, metal and tpo roofs. Must be able to properly bid repairs as well. If you do a repair with a caulk gun and/or a bucket of roofing cement, you are not the guy I'm looking for. This person must be a self starter with little supervision. Jobs will be in and around all local counties. Also would need to get the job done right the first time and not have any recalls. Must have own tools of the trade and transportation to get to jobs.
