SKY WAIKIKI re-opened our doors recently and seeking professional individuals.

SKY WAIKIKI offers an elevated guest experience with a unique combination of fresh seafood, refreshing champagne, handcrafted cocktails and Aloha. Located in the heart of Waikiki, the wrap-around rooftop deck features stunning panoramic views of Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, and the city lights glittering 19 stories below.

Executive Chef, Arnaldo "Masa" Gushiken was born in Argentina and spent time in the Kitchen at multiple Culinary destination including Japan, LA, and Spain. He is an award winning chef.

We're looking for passionate individuals who have experience with seafood/sashimi/sushi or who have the drive that are interested in learning and developing their knowledge and skills in seafood.
