Line Cooks Needed at Arancino at The Kahala

Arancino at The Kahala, Hawaii's Best Italian (2020, 2019, 2018 & 2016), Hale 'Aina (2014-2020) and 'Ilima award winning restaurant, is now offering full-time and part-time line cook positions.

Job Summary:

We are looking for people to work making salads, pizza, pasta, entrees, and desserts. We serve authentic Italian food made with fresh ingredients.

Job Description:

Our cooks work in a fast-paced environment and use fresh ingredients to make each dish. Cooks are to follow recipes and ensure presentation and taste standards are met. Cooks will stock their stations, maintain a clean working environment, and set the next shift up for success.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a high volume restaurant preferred

Previous experience on a pizza/salad/sauté station

Experienced knife skills, and general culinary knowledge

Ability to multi-task and handle the stress a high volume kitchen can create

Team player with a positive attitude

AM/PM availability preferredStarting rates of pay - raises to follow based upon performance assessments

Dishwasher: $13.00 - $15.00

Pantry/Salad Cook: $13.50 - $17.00

Pizza Cook: $15.00 - $18.00

Pastry Cook: $13.50 - $17.00

Prep Cook: $13.50 - $16.00

Sauté Cook: $15.00 - $19.00
