NOW HIRING: ▬ SOUS CHEF ▬
Position Details:
Minimum 3 years sous chef experience
Manage all purchases and inventory levels
Daily Line Checks/ recipe adherence
Logged HACCP Daily
Financial expertise in managing Food, Labor and Direct costs with accountability for P&L.
Identify and groom next level personnel to grow with company
Budget development and forecasting for corporate review
Must have knowledge in Hot Schedules for labor budget costing
Dancing Marlin is a popular neighborhood restaurant in Frankfort, Illinois that features a seasonally changing, “from scratch” menu. We highlight a “sharing” concept with an American-themed cuisine that is diverse but features seafood. Drink menus feature tap wines and craft cocktails. We offer competitive pay commensurate with experience and skill level and have positions for both part-time and full-time employment.
