SHC is seeking dependable people who have a strong work ethic, are self-motivated, and enjoy the physically demanding outdoor experience of a package delivery driver. Averaging $800 to $1250/Weekly depending on Experience and Production.

Paid weekly on Fridays!

$150 Monthly Safety and Service bonus!

Full-Time (5-day week w/6th day option) or flexible Part-Time/Weekend shifts to fit your schedule working out of the South Bend, IN FedEx Ground station.

Must be able to work at least one weekend day each week. Ability to work both Saturday and Sunday is preferred.

Organize packages on van based upon routing software before morning departure.

Operate Box Truck or Step Van safely and competently along daily route.

Safely deliver and pick-up packages.

Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.

Uniforms provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Possess a valid driver’s license (Chauffeur’s license preferred)

Clean driving record.

Proven commercial driving experience: ONE year within the past THREE years or FIVE years within the past TEN years (including Uber/Lyft, Amazon, school bus, pizza/food delivery, furniture, landscaping, military, etc.)

Ability to pass DOT physical, drug test, and background screening.

Must be able to lift heavy packages up to 80lbs

Must be able to meet all DOT requirements and pass a Drug Screen.

Dependable, organized, and possess time-management skills.

Be a team player – willing to help other SHC drivers.

Ability to prioritize safety and customer service while working alone in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
