Property Maintenance Technician

Property Maintenance position includes, but is not limited to:

- Repair/replacement of faucets, toilets, washing machines, and unclogging drains

- Replacement of air filters and basic maintenance/repairs

- Appliance repair: includes the repair/replacement of major household appliances such as refrigerators dishwashers, range

ovens, washers, and dryers.:

- Electrical repair: includes the repair/replacement of power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, climate control

systems

- Drywall repair: includes patch work, sanding, painting, cleaning
