Complete Description Direct Hire Opportunity - Product Manager - Phoenix Join a fast growing healthcare service and Software as a Service (SaaS) company in Phoenix! Seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the team and work on their award-winning web and mobile apps!
Responsibilities:- Become a subject matter expert on the Claimocity application
- This includes the related medical billing processes that the app supports (mobile charge capture, patient demographic entry, note generation, claim tracking, etc.)
- Create and maintain all product documentation for your assigned product line (including Product Requirements Documents, User Stories, and Wireframes)
- Maintain a Product Backlog of customers' feature requests and bug submissions with the ability to continually keep the list prioritized (ruthless prioritization)
- Write release notes and create demo videos for upcoming feature releases (for both internal and external stakeholders)
- Work directly with customers (via email, phone calls, virtual and/or in-person meetings / interviews) to find out what their pain-points are and identify the feature enhancements that are most likely to positively impact their user experience
- Evaluate customers' feature requests based on their perceived impact to the business and estimated development to the business
- Advocate on behalf of customers and prospects to the Director of Product Management (your manager) for feature requests you think should be committed to the roadmap
- Learn and understand all facets of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) business and the subsequent healthcare providers (hospitalists) that the software primarily supports
- 2+ years of current product management experience (i.e., owning an entire product line, feature, and/or module), specifically, in the B2B SaaS space
- 3+ previous years' experience 'working up the ranks' in a B2B SaaS company (i.e., previous experience as a Business Analyst, Onboarding Specialist, Account Manager, Tier 1 Support, etc.)
- Knowledge of all facets of the agile development process (sprints, backlog grooming, Kanban boards, releases, retros, etc.)
- Familiarity with application development for both web-based and native mobile (Android and iOS) applications
- Firsthand knowledge working with developers across different regions, cultures, and time zones
- Prior experience with creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), wireframes / low resolution 'mockups', user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Understanding of popular product management and development software tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, ProdPad, Aha, Pendo, etc.)
- Healthcare industry, particularly, medical billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience a strong plus
