As a Sof tware Engineer, you can help build and enhance complex and diverse sof tware systems based upon documented requirements. We're looking for a developer to build systems that might include processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extrem ely large data sets, real-time systems, b us iness management information systems, and systems which incorporate data repositories, data transport services, and application and systems development monitoring.This role is more than j us t coding. We need a developer who will develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse sof tware systems, including processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extrem ely large data sets, real-time systems, and b us iness management information systems based upon documented requirements. You will work individually or as part of a team. Provide specific input to the sof tware components of system design to include hardware/ sof tware trade-offs, sof tware re us e, us e of Commer cia l Off-the-shelf ( COTS ) /Government Off-the-shelf ( GOTS ) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual sof tware components. • Experience with high level programming languages, including Java, Python, or C
• Ability to review and test sof tware components to adhere to design requirements and document test results
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• BA or BS degree or 4+ years of experience in sof tware engineering roles in lieu of a degree
