Basic Maintenance p/t to start

Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, preventative maintenance. Applicant will need to be able to take initiative, pay attention to detail, be reliable, trustworthy, and complete daily logs. Must have references and pass background check and drug screening. This position is part time for a weekly motel. Some projects will take more hours if available. Position is 3 days a week (approx 25hrs) and more come spring, requires work alone ability after morning briefing and follow up at end of day. Own tools not necessary but a plus if more comfortable. Willing to negotiate actual shift hours and the days off but prefer Saturday and 2 week days. Applicant should show ability to think outside the box and complete projects in timely manner. Attention to detail and pride in their work is an important quality. A lot of physical labor and walking.
