Cook Wanted

Birmingham Bridge Tavern in Pittsburgh's South Side is looking to fill evening and weekend kitchen shifts. We stop taking food orders at 10pm. Roughly 20 hours a week. Menu is basic bar food, burgers, wings and such, but done with fresh ingredients and as much in house preparation as possible. Duties include cooking food to order, prep work for the next shift, washing dishes and nightly closing cleanup. Ideal candidates will have similar kitchen experience, be able to handle rushes, and be self sufficient enough to occupy themselves during down periods.
