Otr truck driving position

Small local company looking for over the road driver. We are based out of Nashville Tn. Small company, only 5 trucks in our fleet, which means we are flexible with a lot of things like home time and stuff of that nature. We pay 25% of gross of what the truck makes weekly. Right now trucks are grossing about 10k a week, Equals about a $2500 pay check weekly, some weeks maybe more or less, but none of our drivers have made less than $2,000 a week even on slower weeks, but have made as high as $3,000 a week on other weeks. The pay is 25% of what the truck makes. We pull dry van. This is an over the road position. We run the entire u.s.
