- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
- Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
- Performs quality control and leads quality assurance testing of applications.
- Analyze current business processes including data flow and recommend system improvements/modifications with enhancement requests.
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
- Manage project timelines of detailed deliverables.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time
- Monitor competitive best practices and analyze end-user feedback - identifying and developing solutions when necessary
- Understand, document, and improve existing processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments
- Gather requirements from legal, compliance and business about the types of data needed from a regulatory, operational and business perspective to offer services
- Develop a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and business structure
- Seek to harmonize and simplify requirements across regions and business line to the extent feasible to minimize unnecessary complication and technology effort
