Job DescriptionRandstad Technologies is currently looking for a Platform Engineer to join a DevOps focused team. This candidate will be able to coordinate with multiple, cross functional teams and be able to deliver applicable benchmarks and deliverables. A candidate should possess expert level knowledge in AWS and architecture. Sound knowledge in Java, Python and/or React Native is a must in this role. location: Jacksonville, Floridajob type: Permanentsalary: $120,000 - 130,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:Responsibilities- Be knowledgeable about security principles and practices and enforce, when needed
- Develop and maintain appropriate benchmarks for load testing and performance optimization
- Weigh-in, educate, and be the advocate for scalable and maintainable architectural decisions
- Build and maintain relevant technical diagrams and DevOps dashboards
- Partner with organizational infrastructure and security teams to assure compliance
- Partner with QA, Product, AppDev, and other tech teams to reduce support, find efficiencies, increase performance, and educate on best practices
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 4 years of experience
