Hi, Hope you are doing good today. We are looking for Business Analyst in San Diego, CA (Remote may be next year onsite).
4 positionsremote may be next year onsite It’s a Business Analyst role to support client’s migration of process from legacy custom Baan 5C ERP to a COTS implementation leveraging Infor LN, Infor Factory Track and ibaset Solumina. Analyst needs to have excellent background in this ERP/MES space and also have prior experience with one of the applications so they can both understand client’s existing processes and advise business units of best out of the box practices. Start date flexible but would like to see October/November project is an ERP replacement likely will last more than a year. Work location is on-site as a lot will be done through interviews. Qualifications and Duties are as follows Basic Duties- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for Manufacturing or Logistics
- Leading process redesign workshops
- Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
- Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users
- Interacting with business users for training, problem solving and automation of business processes.
- Applying their knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to documenting processes.
- Developing technical design of the assigned business function for IT implementation
- Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance
- Managing process change
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience
- Logistics knowledge
- Manufacturing knowledge
