job summary:Randstad is working with a consulting firm that is looking to hire a permanent technical recruiter. This role is currently remote but will be based in either NYC or Boston. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and 4-6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience. This role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and bonus package. location: New York, New Yorkjob type: Permanentsalary: $120,000 - 125,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:-Manage all aspects of recruitment cycle including: requisition intake, candidate generation, resume review, candidate screening & qualification, candidate & stakeholder management, and offer negotiations -Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline leveraging multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates -Excel at direct sourcing using LinkedIn, referral network, school postings, and other web-based searches to ensure cost effective approach -Work with the Recruiting Manager to design and implement hiring strategy -Manage communications with candidates, acting as the 'face of the company' and ensuring a superior candidate experience qualifications:
