job summary:In this role, you must be hands on in refactoring, installing, configuring, administering, tuning, and troubleshooting utilizing Java/Weblogic, Seeking candidates with Java 4 through Java 6,8 or 9 on Linux or Windows environments. Must be capable to have proven experience in replatforming and refactoring in Java that involves
upgrading the application from its existing platform and adhering to the minimum possiblities to get it to run on the cloud, while preserving existing functionality. Responsible for application setup, application testing and application migrating. Seeking professional technology experts with automatic configuration and programmability but also with a results driven work ethic. Able to work in high pressure work environment with a versatile and flexible hands on work schedule. Up to 45+ working hours per week with flexibility to work multiple ever changing shifts in efforts to complete the project. Working with a team of 5+ Java Developers that can work collaboratively with Cloud Migration team. location: Houston, Texasjob type: Contractsalary: $62 - 75 per hourwork hours: 8am to 6pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:Cloud migration that requires Java engineering experiece. upgrading the application from its existing platform and adhering to the minimum possiblities to get it to run on the cloud, while preserving existing functionality.
