We intend to be the disruptor.How You Will Make an ImpactAs the Head of Digital Solutions Customer Engagement & Growth, you will closely collaborate with digital product managers to define customer engagement plans, coordinate and execute growth programs, and optimize for recurring revenue generation across a growing portfolio of digital soutions and strategic innovation initiatives.In addition, you will blaze a trail for the broader organization by driving growth and achieving breakthrough results by overcoming traditional silos, promoting an integrated approach to product development and customer marketing, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives, focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.What You Will Be Doing

  • Clearly define the holistic "70:20:10" growth plan for GTS Digital Solutions & Strategic Innovation, including the augmentation of SBU physical product plans, the vetting and prioritization of customer's adjacent innovation requests, and the strategic guidance for radical innovation development initiatives.
  • Empathethically coordinate and execute digital growth programs for GTS product and solution business units
  • Guide product management and marketing organizations toward decisions that optimize the revenue funnel.
  • Ensure the data infrastructure is in place to effectively analyze end-user behaviors, scientific experimentation, and targeted promotions, employing data-driven marketing best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Work with product leaders to determine priorities for the evolving funnel of prospective digital growth initiatives, assessing the value of new customer acquisitions vs reducing churn vs increasing recurring revenues
  • Create dashboards and testing tools that become shared services across the GTS Digital organization.
  • Help GTS Digital leadership to quantify and understand progress against engagement and growth goals, selecting appropriate key performance indicators for reports to leadership that clearly articulate relevant metrics
  • Work with product and innovation teams to build decision frameworks that prioritize growth-specific product improvements and sustainable build-measure-learn testing rhythms, ensuring factors such as potential impact, liklihood of success, and costs are evaluated.
  • Work with product management and engineering teams to incorporate testing within digital products.
  • Engage digital customers to develop and validate end-user insights, blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback.
  • Use data and analytics to clarify end-user challenges and then work with product teams to priortize growth-specific digital product improvements and an insights-led feedback loop to influence the product roadmap.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Innovation Managers, Product Developers) and external resources/partnersto exercise frameworks for evaluating new growth opportunities.
  • Inspire a culture of ideation and innovation within the team and provide consistent feedback.
  • Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with senior leaders.
  • Champion diversity & inclusion and demonstrate it throughout the business regions.
What You Bring to the SBD Team
  • 15+ years of experience.
  • Curiosity, Creativity, Collaboration.
  • Strategic, multi-dimensional thinking - with an ability to look at the whole picture and see how things interact.
  • Experienced leading small to medium sized teams.
  • Non-positional leadership "soft skills", able to align diverse market-facing teams toward a shared objective.
  • A drive to build and improve processes and organizations able to flourish in a highly experimental environment
  • Consultancy background preferred.
  • Comfort with ambiguity.
  • Technical background, orientation, and ability to navigate the intersection of marketing and technology.
  • Master of researching, analyzing, and summarizing data, spanning user, technical and market research.
  • Comfort presenting to top management.
  • Mastery of statistical reasoning with an understanding of how to design effective experiments, employing quantitative intuition to interpret user experience data.
  • Conversant with data analysis and the tools for retrieving, manipulating, and visualizing data.
  • results across all parts of the user journey and at all levels of the funnel.
  • Ability to work backwards from a desired outcome to formulate a clear path.
