Pure Integration is looking for a

Communications Manager II with proven success in delivering digital communication tools to incentivize corporate sales teams. The primary focus will be on developing effective and consistent digital messaging using graphics and providing metrics, measurement, evaluation, and reporting to stakeholders.

Job Location: Remote Role - Physical Location, Philadelphia, PA

Work Arrangement: Contract - contract through 12/31/2021 with good possibility of extension for 2022

Work Authorization: USCIT - We Do Not Sponsor H1B Visas, or C2C

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the successful implementation and project management of key employee incentives for sales teams.
  • Design internal sales and supporting tools communications plans that excite and inspire, and executes on deliverables.
  • Create visually appealing graphics to support communications, such as infographics, stylized e-mails, and e-mail banners, etc.
  • Conduct assessments of content impact and make recommended adjustments to increase content viewership through a comprehensive communications strategy.
  • Ensure all dependencies with partner teams and completed and is responsible for the successful launch of key incentives.
  • Provide metrics, measurement, evaluation, and reporting as needed, in support of projects.
  • Effectively and regularly communicate with leadership teams to gain alignment on communications approach.
  • Provide effective storytelling of large communications program initiatives and news, via a variety of communications and online channels - newsletters, intranet, email, presentations, etc.
  • Help to analyze data to identify opportunities in communications effectiveness and provide recommendations to enhance strategy.

    Requirements:
    • SAMPLES of Design experience (i.e. developed web page) required, such as Writing articles/copy Samples or writing and design skills.
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Communications, Graphic Design, or Marketing, or equivalent experience in one of these fields. Sales experience is a plus.
    • 5+ years of experience working in Communications, Project Management, Graphic Design, or Marketing.
    • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Email, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
    • Project management and time management skills, with proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities at once within tight deadlines.
    • Highly skilled in graphic design and experience creating digital content.
    • Strong writing skills with demonstrated ability to take on detailed, complex communication requests and turn them into easily digestible, bite-sized deliverables.
    • Strong understanding of responsive mobile, web-based delivery, and other publishing platforms.
    • Preferred experience creating targeted content for sales audiences.
    • Preferred experience working in a corporate setting; Comfortable presenting work to others.
    • Must be able to work variable schedule(s) as necessary.
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
