Duration: Full Time Location: Fremont Area, CA Role: Technical Program Manager Primary Skills: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Role Description: The Technical Program Manager must have at least 5+ years of experience. Responsibilities: - Manage multiple supply chain sustaining programs (Purchasing, Contracts, Sourcing tools) and the inter-dependent activities (internal and/or external) in accordance with client defined requirements - Facilitate meetings - Planning, schedule development and execution tracking - Report on program status, risks and mitigation - Track and communicate data and application readiness for user community onboarding - Communicate initiative status to Client stakeholders, user base and partners - Capture of as-is and to-be process as needed - For complex projects (as defined by the parties), including for example, Guided Buying and Rubik, establish needed technical skills - Support the following activities: o Training and operational readiness o Process improvements and support the implementation of supply chain operational tools and services o Creation of test plan and test cases for internal testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). o Post go-live stabilization Basic Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in program management - 2+ years of experience hi tech industry Professional Skills: - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools and Tableau - Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple end-to-end program cycles - Excellent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills - Experience working directly with key stakeholders in business units - Ability to focus under pressure - Ability to understand key business strategies and long-range plans - Resourceful, action-oriented with the ability to get things done and overcome obstacles - Self-driven, assertive, able to influence and build consensus, analytical, adaptive and operationally proficient - Ability to navigate and excel in a complex and ambiguous environment Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent Experience: Minimum 5+ years Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses Travel: No Local Preferred: Yes Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis Recruiter Name: Amaan Ejaz Recruiter Phone(Ext: 2038) Equal Employment Opportunity #LI-AD1 #Mastech1 Minimum Education Required: BachelorYears of Experience Required: More than 5 yearsExpected Travel Time: None
