A rapidly growing company is seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Engineer to join their team. This organization is the leading provider of next-generation point-of-sale solutions, actively transforming the way consumers shop, purchase, and pay in venues across the globe. Their ecosystem of products creates a frictionless shopping experience, offering the latest mobile-first technologies to power services from mobile ordering to branded apps, contactless payments and a variety of both physical and digital point-of-sale solutions. In this role, you will work with an extremely collaborative team to come up with the best possible solutions for the platform. Ideal candidates should have a passion for writing great code, a desire to collaborate with team members and enthusiasm for making daily, meaningful contributions to the team. Due to the remote nature of the team, candidates should be able to take initiative in meeting deadlines and deliverables with little direct supervision. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS
- Experience with test-driven development and frameworks like Cypress, Jest, and Enzyme
- Experience with scrum/agile development
- Passionate about teamwork and collaboration
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with any backend languages, preferably Node.js or Ruby on Rails
- Verbal and communication skills
- Team player who enjoys working in a highly collaborative team
- Experience working in a fully remote environment
