As a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master working in the technologies division, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced team building software solutions at scale to enhance the vehicle experience for customers. You will coordinate teams working on technology advancements in the mobility space for vehicles. We are looking for a Scrum Master who is comfortable managing and de-conflicting management demands in a tight timeline environment. This person will be responsible for engaging a multitude of stakeholders in and outside of technologies to formulate and drive the execution of cutting-edge software solutions to an array of emerging problems in the vehicle space. They will collaborate with Product Owners, engineering teams, third-party vendors, and cross-functional partners to increase efficiency and improve productivity. This role allows for a high degree of ownership of the features you launch and the ability to make positive changes every day.

Qualifications:
  • Technical Project Manager, who manages Infrastructure Agile Projects.
  • Experience with Azure AD and Infrastructure is required.
  • Project Manager who understands infrastructure agile projects and worked with onsite and global projects.
  • Working with AIM/CyberArc/Forgrock/Sailpoin/PAM would be a plus.
  • Manage backlogs for the implementation and delivery of various features in the company’s in-market app.
  • Design and develop process workflows and reporting mechanisms in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Develop, deploy, and refine processes that identify pain points in order to deliver constantly.
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences at different levels to influence and manage overall project roadmaps.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Good team player with the ability to work with the team and partner teams throughout the software development lifecycle to achieve organizational goals.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence.
  • Experience with software engineering projects involving distributed systems.
  • Experience with holding Engineering teams accountable for meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle, technical execution, implementing new tools, and change management for large company-wide programs.
  • Experience in identifying and leading engagements with internal stakeholders as well as external cross-functional leads, stakeholders, and engineering partners

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OrangePeople-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OrangePeople Account Management as requested.
