Requirements of the Technical Recruiter: - At least 3 years of related IT and cyber security recruiting experience
- Solid grasp of direct sourcing approaches and techniques
- Ability to speak on technical skill sets and requirements
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong internet research and candidate vetting skills
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Effective time and task management skills
- Promote outstanding customer service
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Excellent phone skills
