100% REMOTE We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong project management skills and Salesforce experience.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:- Examine data sources, interpret data, and support performance measurement
- Help to develop and document business requirements and/or business solutions to solve operations problems/issues
- Review, draft, and outline business requirements that impact strategic initiatives and/or business unit objectives
- Work with stakeholders and users to ensure proper vetting of critical strategic decisions prior to implementation
- Liaise between business, development, and technology teams
- Help to plan/implement strategic objectives
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales support, sales administration, or sales operations experience
- At least 2 years of experience administering sales software, with Salesforce preferred
- Salesforce platform technical and end user knowledge a must
- Strong project management skills a must
- Salesforce Admin certification preferred, not required
- Experience with computer applications such as Word and Excel
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to self-motivate and manage tasks effectively
