job summary:Randstad Technologies is searching for a Network Specialist to fill a 9 month extendable contract in Nashville, TN. Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of experience troubleshooting large network infrastructures including Cisco IP telephony, and have working knowledge of Active Directory. Additionally you will need to be proficient in managing virus remediation and critical incident responses. Local candidates are required as some solutions and trainings will require you to be on site in Nashville. location: NASHVILLE, Tennesseejob type: Contractsalary: $18 - 23 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: High School responsibilities:
- Provide Tier1 troubleshooting of network and systems issues
- Manage the Critical Incident process
- Manage the Virus remediation process
- Provisions and supports IP Telephones
- Provide IT phone support to customers during peak times and after hours
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: High School
- Cisco
- NETWORK ADMIN
- Active Directory (2 years of experience is preferred)
