Description Robert Half is seeking a Technical Services and Support Engineer for an end client in the Greater Philadelphia area. Candidate must be commutable to client location. Qualifications include: •Need Mid-Level candidate who can work independently •Candidates do not need any programming skills •Will be working on a Payments product they will be supporting and will be an API based solution •Must understand internal applications and configurations and testing •Candidate will be leading client/technical calls to identify problems in the product and perform new implementations •Help with daily monitoring & support of ServiceNow ticketing system •The product spans across multiple applications •Candidate will be coordinating with an extended team sitting out of India, they will be in contact with them to keep product running •Will be leading all the executions of projects, ability solve problems -Ability to independently triage hands-on, diagnose and appropriately escalate high priority issues related to various systems and applications -Flexibility to support during off-hours, holiday & weekends -Co-ordinate appropriately with internal & external resources during crisis situations and seek resolution satisfying end-user / client / stakeholders acceptance -Responsible for the daily prioritization of tickets, L2 and L3 triage including diagnosing incidents using written procedures and Standard Operating Procedures -Provide translation of technical feedback into business feedback for clients -Providing reports/analysis for internal and client-facing purposes -Cross-collaborate with vendors across different time zones, & India extension team with appropriate overlap -Make client on-boarding process easy by providing them with right technical integration guidance -Provide proficient documentation and operating guidance for other team members -Help with internal & external testing, configuration, triaging, & certification, with continuous improvements -Proactive monitoring, identifying the issue before it becomes a widespread problem -Perform Root Cause Analysis and run post-mortem meetings -Manage and maintain to SLAs, negotiate timelines with clients, and follow through on commitments with exclusive focus on customer delight -B.Microsoft. or M.Microsoft. in computer science or a related area -2-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role on large scale systems processing multi-billion transactions -Hands-on with custom scripting languages for issues needing bulk corrections -Ability to setup tools, profilers, execute expert commands in Linux environment -Solid experience with optimized PL/SQL querying for data analysis For consideration please contract Jonathon Blust @ .
