All those interested please email your most updated resume to Maya at Project Manager II Location: 100% Remote (physical office based in Bellevue,WA) Duration: 1 year contract to hire Pay Rate: NegotiableFocused on client's cell site decom program. At least 3 years relevant experience required.Responsibilities:

  • Soft cost services for the Decom & Divestiture program
  • Managing vendors to complete Due Diligence (DD) packages as part of the offer to Dish (sometimes self-performing compiling DD packages when turnaround times are too short to allow for PO issuance to vendors)
  • Primary focus is lease terminations
  • Partnering with 3rd party vendors to negotiate termination rights and reduced deconstruction scope (i.e. Pay & Walk)
  • Tracking against tight deadlines for negotiations to ensure meeting the 60-day SLA from end of Dish Option period to issuance of NTP to the deconstruction team
Preferred Skills:
  • Project management (tracking dates, cost savings and avoidance, ensuring timely deliverable to meet deadlines)
  • Vendor management (3rd party vendors who are negotiating the lease terminations and P&W terms)
  • Lease/landlord negotiation (directing 3rd party vendors and making business decisions/recommendations for how to proceed with negotiations
  • Experience using the following databases and tools is a plus: SprintVision, Document Finder, Cell Site Tracker, Azure storage explorer, Salesforce, SharePoint, Webex, O365, DocuSign
