Description & Requirements Position Summary :Leads programs and projects for Global Supply Chain IT (Logistics- Manufacturing- and Procurement) within the Business Intelligence and Analytics discipline. This include full lifecycle implementation from design- configuration- development- testing and deployment to the end users. Lifecylce delivery in both waterfall and agile methods will be used. Responsible for defining and managing the scope- assigning and scheduling resources- and delivering program plan- objectives and milestones for company projects / programs- including communication to all Sr Stakeholders. Position Responsibilities and Relationships

  • Lead and manage the overall Reporting-related work efforts to ensure successful implementation of all initiative-specific projects and attainment of objectives
  • Facilitates the gathering- definition and sign off of reporting and analytic requirements supporting the Logistics- Manufacturing- Procurement- and R&D functions
  • Reviews BI functional specifications for completeness- accuracy and feasibility
  • Perform technical analysis of analytics applications both new and in flight to ensure that they adhere to global analytics strategy- overall IT architecture and meet standards for overall analytics practices
  • Perform analytics analysis tasks for programs and project such as; Source to Target documentation- process maps and recommendations for better data processing and data mapping
  • Partners with KHC internal enterprise architects to design solutions
  • Be a thought leader in analytics innovation- ensuring analytics remains a competitive advantage to KHC Supply Chain.
  • Be a thought leader in performance analytics and diagnostics- ensuring provided data is an accurate representation of our business performance- and is adopted by the teams as required to drive growth.
  • Supports upgrades and technology implementations for BI architecture and toolsets
  • Provides guidance to Business Initiative Leads on Reporting related matters
  • Ensures end user training and experience meets business requirements
  • Full accountability for defining and delivering BI Technical platforms for Logistics- Manufacturing- and Procurement KPIs- operational metrics- and all reporting business requirements
  • Partners with Logistics- Manufacturing- and Procurement key users to define and deliver high impact BI solutions
  • Owns and maintains the Global Supply Chain Analytics Roadmap and Strategy
  • Responsible for project budget of up to $2MM
  • Manages a team of internal and external direct reports based on project workload.
  • Key relationship with Director- Sr Director- across Supply Chain.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%- both in the US and Internationally.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IS experience
  • BS Degree is required- MBA or MS is preferred
  • Executive maturity & strong business acumen/business savvy
  • Superior relationship management skills (both internally as well as externally)
  • End to End knowledge of the Business Intelligence business process(s)- associated systems- and technologies such as HANA- BI- Azure- Snowflake- Tableau
  • Agile delivery methodology experience.
  • DevOps exposure
  • MLOps exposure
  • Able to work in diversified teams- and to guide and motivate large project teams
  • Holds a big picture view of the program goals and vision- including end-to-end process knowledge
  • Solid blend of business and technical capabilities
  • Knowledge of the overall technology and business operating models and underlying technical architecture
  • Experienced with project management methodologies and tools
  • Ensures appropriate integration of technology as part of business processes/functions
  • Assesses the technical impacts of process team strategies
  • Demonstrated SAP- ERP- and/or legacy system expertise
  • Demonstrated strong technical expertise in business intelligence and data architecture
