- Ability to define data collection requirement (business requirements) & strategy.
- Ability to manage, triage requirements from multiple stakeholders and work with onshore, offshore Analytics engineers for successful enablement with active communication by setting right expectations.
- Managing a consistent method of tagging our various digital platforms to support end-to-end channel analytics that includes both web and mobile applications.
- Documenting, sharing and applying implementation guides, standards, and best practices including creation of SDR, MRD and other documentation
- Creating, gathering, and managing analytics data needs of the lines of business and translating them into technical specifications.
- Actively building relationships with lines of business and acting as a consultant for data needs. Periodically analyzing data and current state, reporting out systems statuses, findings, and recommendations.
- Analyzing business procedures and recommending specific types of data (evars/ props/ events) that can be used to capture good data and improve upon them.
- Oversee the delivery of client deliverables to ensure that the team efforts are streamlined to enable analytics, by prioritizing efforts of engineers and QA specialists to meet objectives.
- Provide digital analytics guidance for all assigned accounts. This guidance consists of identifying, planning, and executing analysis opportunities.
- Expert understanding of digital and pharma data.
- Managing data independently to realize trends and process improvements, keeping up to date with the latest technology trends and recommending areas for improvement.
- 10+ years of experience
- Google Tag Manager implementation Experience
- Tealium Implementation Experience
- Ability to strategize new technical solutions around tagging
- Adobe Launch and Analytics Implementation Experience
- Expertise in digital analytics solutions such as Adobe analytics and Google Analytics.
- Request queue management with multi-tasking ability to manage large operation
- Strong knowledge of the Digital Marketing space, including Display, Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Email & general Digital Marketing strategy
- Website tagging and tracking
- Tag management solution and digital tagging practices leveraging Tag Management platforms (Tealium, GTM, DTM, Launch)
- Data operations and management
- Media tagging and tracking (not the technical part but how it works in general)
- How to QA Website and Media tags
- Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
