Responsibilities Responsible for translating the clients business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.

Specific Job Requirements:The candidate will provide systems integration and project management expertise to a joint program office repsonsible for strategic intelligence missions. The candidate will work 100% at customer site.

Qualifications Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD.

Specific Job Qualifications:
  • Experience providing full-lifecycle systems integration and project management support for complex systems
  • Ability to translate Concept of Operations (CONOPs) and missio strategies into higher-level requirements and work with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to flesh out lower level technical requirements.
  • Ability to design, implement, and maintain configuration and data management policies and procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively with mission partners and stakeholders across organizational boundaries
  • Ability to plan, implement, test, document, and maintain medium and large-scale systems
