Scope of Work Our East region has a need for a resident consultant to support Ford in Dearborn, MI. This is a 12-month residency with likelihood of renewal. This resident would be more of a "generalist" and look after the ONTAP environment while the other Ford residents can focus on their priorities. Preference is to have someone in Michigan so that once the offices are open, resident can go into the office part time. To be successful in this role, you'll need to come equipped with experience like:- Strong NetApp OnTap experience
- Experience NetApp background
- Experience with NetApp hardware
- Experience with cabling and networking
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting and monitoring large customer environment
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working well in a team environment
- Nice to have: StorageGrid experience
- Nice to have: Automation experience
