AE Business Solutions is looking for a (5) Recruiters for a client located in Madison, WI.Remote5 recruiter's total -

4 with prior P&C Claims recruitment experience and

1 with Insurance Corporate (Marketing, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Investments) •Requires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and broadens capabilities•Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers•Performs a range of assignments related to job discipline•Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing solutions•Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

Primary Accountabilities •Conduct full-lifecycle recruitment process (solutioning, hunting, gathering, meeting, offer/negotiation) for entry to mid-level positions•Develop proactive strategies to research and identify talent pools and recruiting channels to attract candidates•Coordinate with talent onboarding teams to close and finalize new hire recruitment•Consult with and manage candidate / client / business team negotiations throughout the recruitment process•Develop strong relationships with associations, academic institutions and interest groups to support a robust experienced hire talent pipeline•Develop a program of activities targeted at attracting talent, including recruiting presentations, recruiting events, sponsorships, and other special events•Represent client at recruiting events and through other special projects

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements •Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service•Proven full lifecycle recruiting experience or high-volume recruiting experience•Ability to handle internal client management, be consultative with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy•Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands•Looking for experienced recruiter that has strong experience sourcing (hunting and gathering) for Insurance companies. Workday Experienced preferred.•We need 5 recruiter's total. 4

OTHER: •High importance: hunting and gathering experiencetrue sourcing person•Primary tool for hunting is LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter (client provides LinkedIn license)•Also use Indeed, etc.•Start date: asap•Interview: Zoom and have cameras on•Please bring samples to interview•100% remote and for foreseeable future•Flexible and agile•Min. of 2 years of recruitment; hit the ground running•Work is assigned via Danielle through Workday, do intake calls for candidates, play as active consultant•Experience with sourcing and generating a diverse pool of candidates; put strong talent in front of hiring managers•Their teams don't recruit for IT background; IT background is fine•Sample of past work: to describe task, actions took and results. Describe how did they find success. Use STAR method. Articulate recruiting challenges and how they got through it.
