- Execute all facets of recruiting process from sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Heavy direct sourcing of candidates is expected along with presenting diverse candidate slates
- Must have technology recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house corporate)
- Utilize expert level knowledge of sourcing methodologies to conduct searches; beyond LinkedIn
- Develop strong understanding of our business and create a compelling value proposition to sell opportunities to passive candidates
- Educate and influence business leaders to evolve current/promote best practices
- Build and maintain strong network of passive candidates through external and internal networking
- Provide expert advice, data/metrics, to hiring managers to support key recruiting decisions
- Ensure a strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Ability to meet diversity hiring agendas
- BA/BS in Human Resources Management or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in search and high capability of delivering tech talent and managing a req load of 20+
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence
- Working knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System; Workday Recruiter a plus.
