is looking for a:

Technical Recruiter

Remote - East Coast Hours

W2 Long term contract

The IT Recruiter will cover Technology roles across the enterprise for North America. This role is responsible for managing full-life cycle recruiting with a high focus on sourcing Technology talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute all facets of recruiting process from sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Heavy direct sourcing of candidates is expected along with presenting diverse candidate slates
  • Must have technology recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house corporate)
  • Utilize expert level knowledge of sourcing methodologies to conduct searches; beyond LinkedIn
  • Develop strong understanding of our business and create a compelling value proposition to sell opportunities to passive candidates
  • Educate and influence business leaders to evolve current/promote best practices
  • Build and maintain strong network of passive candidates through external and internal networking
  • Provide expert advice, data/metrics, to hiring managers to support key recruiting decisions
  • Ensure a strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Ability to meet diversity hiring agendas

Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Human Resources Management or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in search and high capability of delivering tech talent and managing a req load of 20+
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence
  • Working knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System; Workday Recruiter a plus.

Locations: Candidates can be 100% remote/virtual, or NYC, VA, CO
