A green energy company located in Northern Virginia is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Solutions team. In this role you will work closely with the product engineering team and build specific end to end solutions for clients within the green energy field. - 3 + years professional software development
- Strong capabilities with Java
- Comfortable with multi-threading
- TCP/IP Networking
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent degree)
- Previous experience in a product environment
- Experience with Electrical Engineer or similar field
- Exposure to AWS
- 60% Back-End development
- 40% Sever-side Engineering
- Develop new features of core platform
- Participate in daily Scrum meetings
- Collaborate with team members and steak holders on new product initiatives
