job summary:Working on our IT team, you will serve as the front line for technical and operational onboarding and support for our new employees. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys supporting systems with automation and security in mind, as well as providing cross-support for our other offices.Communication and customer service skills are very important here, as you'll be providing high-touch technical support for our brand new internal employees.The IT Onboarding Specialist will help onboard and process new hires as well as facilitate training, account creation, and equipment ordering, all of which are associated with our onboarding process. Experience with Mac and/or ChromeOS environments is required.This role will be partially onsite in Phoenix, AZ and COVID-19 vaccination is required.Key qualifications and responsibilities:

  • Brings a passion for education and the ability to instruct in a remote,"hands off" manner, guiding new users through our onboarding process.
  • Supports new hires on and after their onboarding date by providing guidance and directing them to available technical resources.
  • Manages the onboarding experience throughout the process, using your own personal touch.
  • Brings strong written and verbal communication skills, representing our team and company well.
  • Provides support for escalated inquiries or concerns on matters related to onboarding.
  • Brings a can-do attitude, is a curious investigator, a technical problem solver, and a good listener.
