Job Description

Dynatrace is looking for aMarketing Operations Managerto join our global MarketingAnalytics &Operations team.This is a critical team within Corporate Marketing that optimizes the lead lifecycle, manages day-to-day marketing initiatives, oversees the organization’s Mar-Tech stack, and enables the business with marketing performance insights.The role requires a high degree of technical knowledge of bothMarketoand Salesforce and theirintegration, as well as strong project management and data analyticsskills. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain and optimize scalable processes to ensure best practices around lead scoring, lead tracking, lead enrichment, lead segmentation and lead acquisition are followed
  • Act as subject matter expert with business stakeholders on internal data, technical processes and solution approaches
  • Partner with stakeholders including theBusiness Systems, Sales Operationsand SDR teams to maintain alignment on lead management and underlying technical infrastructure
  • Actively look for opportunities to drive incrementalvalue andanticipatefuturebusinessneeds tocontinuously improve efficiency andthroughput
  • Gather,understandand execute uponbusiness/stakeholder requirements and project manage complex lead lifecycle projects
  • Work closely withthe marketing teamsto create and analyze lead and campaign reports to determine performance, ROI and business impact on a weekly and ad-hoc basis
  • Document business scenarios, customer journeys and expected outcomes - mapped to requisite data and automation capabilities solutions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working withMarketo
  • High Proficiency with Salesforce,specifically with the lead, contact,account objectsas well as the integration withMarketoandreporting
  • Advanced knowledge ofmarketing funnels,lead management,lead lifecycle implementation withinMarketo
  • Strong familiarity of the various global compliance and privacy regulations on marketing communications
  • Be highly organized and able toprioritize andmanage multiple, fast-moving projects using external vendor and internal resources
  • A proactive problem solverwithgood communication,project management skills to relay your findings and solutions across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to deliver projects successfully on timeand quality
  • Strong intellectual curiosity to develop and embrace new standard methodologies to build a continuous improvement culture
  • Strong analytical skillsusing exceland experience with visual reporting
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketocertifications and/or admin experience
  • Salesforce certifications and/or admin experience
  • Experience working with marketing attribution model solutions likeLeandata, Full Circle,Bizible, or similar ispreferred
  • Experience withdata analysis and ETL tools including Tableau and Alteryx
