They are responsible for analyzing development requests and gathering requirements for the MAGENTO platform. They will help administer the MAGENTO platform and are the point person on MAGENTO functionality, advising on and implementing solutions that support efficient, effective work. Their role will work closely with the lead architect/developer for MAGENTO by managing all aspects of the software development cycle (sprints) including gathering requirements, overseeing development, providing support to developers and validating dev requests across multiple environments.The Main ResponsibilitiesThis is a dynamic role and will work closely with business, UX, creative, development and off-shore resources as a thought partner daily. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders to elicit functional requirements, define user experience needs and effectively communicating those requirements to the technical team. Their primary responsibilities include: Managing projects that enhance customer experience on the Lumen ecommerce property through Adobe Commerce (MAGENTO) platform.

Collaborate with creative team and front end MAGENTO product owner to ensure that user experience and visual design align with functional requirements.

Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, UX, creative, product and MAGENTO authors throughout the development cycle by prioritizing requests, providing status updates, holding bi-weekly validation/training calls.

Handle multiple simultaneous projects by identifying requirements, facilitating change management, impact analysis, and supporting execution.

Ensure that development team has clear understanding of functional requirements and business expectations.

Translate and implement marketing and web site needs into MAGENTO specific recommendations and solutions.

Work alongside the MAGENTO development team(s) to build and maintain web properties using Adobe Commerce (MAGENTO) including site architecture, custom components, workflow development, Digital Asset Management (DAM).

Create product documentation and training material including user manuals

What We Look For in a CandidateBachelor’s Degree required (Business or Digital Marketing)

Ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently with minimal management oversight.

Ability to adapt quickly, manage varying job pressures, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and with the ability to solve complex problems.

Possesses leadership qualities such as integrity, passion, innovation, confidence and patience.

Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft office programs (Outlook, Word, Visio, and Excel) and Adobe PDF.

Great communication and interpersonal skills and stakeholder management

Good research, product demo and presentation skills

What to Expect NextPreferred Qualifications3-5 years’ experience as a business analyst, with a focus on the Adobe platform

2+ years experience using Adobe Commerce (MAGENTO) platform – using templates, components, managing integrations and authoring.

Strong understanding or experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and related technologies

Experience working with cross functional teams in transition projects

Experience in gathering and documenting functional and business requirements specifications in form of user stories (experience with JIRA is a plus)

Can work with multiple integration points for a technology stack:

Adobe Commerce (MAGENTO) required

Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Adobe Launch, Target, Audience Manager, Adobe Assets or DAM is a strong plus
