Business Analyst III

Description We are looking for a proficient problem-solver who is adept at creating action plans based on business needs. This Business Analyst will work with multiple business units to elicit, document, and analyze business and technical needs. Proven ability to communicate technical and business requirements alike and exceptional communication skills are keys to succeed in this Business Analyst role.What you get to do every day- Works with and builds relationships with business units, development teams, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze and prioritize requests- Verifies that complex requirements are executable, testable, and complete, rather than ambiguous- Generate and record requirements through user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, etc. Requirements - Experience on a variety of simple to complex projects- Proactive, flexible, adaptable, willing to take ownership, and strong communication and problem-solving skills- Comfortable writing basic SQL queries, as well as technical skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Jira (or similar tool)- Demonstrated ability to elicit and document requirements in a clear and concise manner- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience- 4+ years of business analysis experience- Prior experience with Agile methodology Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
