- Demonstrated history of working in cross-functional environments that include product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, QA engineers and other business stakeholders.

- Be a contributor in leading system architectures and high engineering standards.
- 6+ years of Android application development with increasing responsibilities.
- 3+ Android applications published into Play Store with a history of awesome reviews.
- Extensive experience with Java, Kotlin, and Android SDK.
- Strong understanding of Android Design Interface guidelines, and Material Design.
- Experience with dependency injection, RxJava and common architectural design patterns. e.g. MVVM.
- Experience with unit tests, multithreading, memory management and caching mechanisms specific to mobile devices.
- Experience with managing remote onshore, as well as offshore team members.
- Painstaking attention to small details - we want someone who is passionate about quality and the best customer experience possible.
- Drive to explore new technologies and delight in sharing with fellow team members.
- Ability to take high level ideas in the absence of a spec and drive to completion.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Jenkins/Bamboo or other CI platforms is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
