- The Senior Project Managers L2 will work within the Enterprise Project Management Office division, following EPMO Project Portfolio Management standard practices and policies.
- The Senior Project Managers L2 will follow the PMI PMBOK Project Management guidelines, concepts, and the project management life cycle in all project initiatives.
- 4 years of experience working on cybersecurity initiatives and cybersecurity practitioners.
- Proficient in managing projects using DevSecOps, Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Resource and Project Planning: Partner with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to define goals and establish realistic milestones. Ensure proper prioritization and alignment across all contributors.
- Participate in running projects for the Security Team
- Drive change management, overall project control, and team participation
- Prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
- Facilitate effective communication between project and business stakeholders
- Clear and concise documentation competency
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders and contributors from multiple teams across the organization to move projects forward. (We frequently partner with Technology, Information Security, and Legal, to name just a few.)
- Periodically report progress to management and regulators, and assesses and measures results related to Information Security activities with metrics
- Contribute to enhancing security detection, prevention, and remediation efforts.
- Candidate will be required to work onsite at Brooklyn, NY office
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems or information assurance.
- Project Management: 4 years (Required)
- Cybersecurity Domains: 4 years (Required)
- CISSP, or CISM, or Security+
- Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance
- US work authorization (Required)
- Must be available to work onsite at start of assignment.
- Experience with global deployments of data loss prevention products, cloud access security brokers, identity and access management, vulnerability and risk remediation, cyber insurance, privileged access management, security metrics, and cloud-based security solutions.
- Experience with the following Cybersecurity Domains:

- Communications and Network Security
- Identity and Access Management

- Security Operations
- Software Development Security
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills when presenting project updates to senior leadership
- Infrastructure and application security projects
- Clear and concise documentation competency
- Business software such as Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
