WE HAVE TWO LEVELS ON OUR TEAM

LEVEL 1:

CLIENT COORDINATOR (APPOINTMENT SETTER):

APPOINTMENT SETTERS work 5 days a week, full time, making 90+ outbound calls a day to pre-qualified INBOUND LEADS, setting up appointments for our Senior Program Experts. Appointment Setters earn an average of $4000 to $6000 per month.

LEVEL 2:

SENIOR PROGRAM EXPERT (TOP CLOSER):

Senior Program Experts work 5 days per week, full time, conducting back to back "strategy sessions" over ZOOM each day with potential clients. During these 90 minute pre-set appointments our Senior Program Experts enroll clients into our personal development and coaching certification programs. Senior Program Experts earn commission + bonuses, averaging $8000 to $20,000 per month.

You must be:

- An EXPERIENCED phone sales rep.

- ENERGETIC ON THE PHONE (and on ZOOM) 8 HOURS A DAY!

- Well Organized!

- Highly Motivated, Enthusiastic and Goal Oriented

- Available to work 8am to 5pm pacific time, 5 days a week. No exceptions.

- Familiar with online databases (SalesForce/Infusionsoft) a big plus!
