As a Customer Success Manager, you are the primary customer facing role for some of our key customers responsible for customer success through the management of program deliveries and strong customer relationships. What you’ll be doingWe are in search of a Customer Success Manager who aspires to help our customers achieve their own digital transformation, leveraging the power of Microsoft Cloud solutions and support offerings.Key Accountabilities include:
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers while preventing churn.
  • Business Relationship Owner: Build coalition of support (IT and business) with customer. Define specific technology outcomes that align to customer strategy.
  • Value Creator: Identify and articulate business value of role and solutions for customer organization through demonstrations, storytelling, etc. to provide evidence of business value in the customer environment.
  • Digital Transformation Leader and Operational Excellence: Lead, drive and manage engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets.
  • Consumption: Conduct analyses into what customers are using versus needs. Drives greater consumption with customers based on analysis of both usage and needs. Leverages insights to provide guidance and recommendations to customers; drives, retains, and optimizes customer consumption
  • Technical Acumen: Apply deep technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap. Architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments, while orchestrating key resources and infusing key Infrastructure technologies
  • Operationally Excellent: Follow processes, systems, and documentation as expected; identifies issues or barriers to efficiency. Recommends improvements and partners to implement solutions.

What you’ll need
  • Experience- 2-6 years of sales / customer success experience with technical pre/post or consulting architecture experience preferred
  • Leadership- This role requires strong communication skills, as well as displaying executive presence and confidence in varying levels of customer situations. The CSM must show leadership in teams comprised of Microsoft, Partner and customer resources who may be engaged in the delivery of complex solutions for overall customer success.
  • Relationship

    Building - Proven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives in strategic accounts. Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/engagements required.
  • Program

    Management - Excellent skills in planning for a portfolio of engagements, cross-group collaboration, resource orchestration, communications, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail required.
  • Collaboration

    and

    Communication - Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with verbal and written communication. Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences and various levels of management (Senior Executives, IT management, Database administrators and Data Scientist).
  • Technical- Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and migrations preferred. Knowledge of market trends and competitive insights preferred. Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs preferred.
  • Education- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field preferred. Certification(s) in the following preferred:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance for cloud and hybrid solutions
  • Deep domain expertise of cloud infrastructure solutions (i.e. Windows and Linux IaaS, SAP, BCDR, Security, Management, Storage, Networking, OSS, containers and Infra as a code technologies)
  • Azure Architect Technologies (AZ-303) and Azure Architect Design (AZ-304) certified
