A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR IT SUPPORT ANALYSTAs a Senior IT Support Analyst, you work as a proactive maintenance and escalation resource that focuses on creating and maintaining happy customers. You work directly with our clients to provide comprehensive remote support for their technology needs. The excellent technical support you provide to our clients is offered via phone, email, or onsite service. You maintain, troubleshoot, and install Windows desktops and Windows servers as well as Mac, Android, and IOS devices in order to provide troubleshooting and network infrastructure support.Self-motivated and proactive, you see what needs to get done and make it happen. You are diligent, smart, dedicated, and hungry for growth. Leveraging your exceptional communication skills, you reach out to clients and communicate complex technology-related topics in simple terms to ensure they are able to understand. Your helpdesk job isn't easy, but you show up every day and give it your very best. You love that you are intellectually stimulated and challenged while learning a lot and having fun!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SENIOR IT SUPPORT ANALYST
  • 3+ years of experience working at an IT service company, a corporate helpdesk, or a similar environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft desktops and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of transmission control protocol and internet protocol (TCP/IP)
Managed services provider (MSP) experience would be a plus. A 2-year degree in computer technology is preferred. Additionally, having CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+ certification would be a plus. Do you enjoy interacting with the community and providing excellent customer service? Are you able to work independently as well as with a team? Is your attention to detail exceptional? Can you be punctual? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in layman's terms? If so, you might just be perfect for this helpdesk position!

WORK SCHEDULEThis full-time position typically works

in the office Monday - Friday from

8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Hybrid remote work will be available after 6 - 12 months.
