Job Description:Position SummaryLooking for a motivated financial analyst to support the Bank of America Enterprise Payment Technology team. Team responsibilities include the below. Exact role responsibilities can include any of the following, and will be determined based on individual skill and need at the time:- Base P&L administration, including TCOA, OCNI- Manage and forecast multiple programs- Track GL-level forecasts- Partner with the program execution team to balance multiple service provider estimates across a project within project funding limits and greater portfolio funding limits; identify options to mitigate any risk or opportunities that arise across the whole portfolio- Track work efforts against team capacity and allocate in internal tools- Aggregate and analyze project estimates (and required funding) across the various parts of the organization to derive a comprehensive team view- Research funding gaps/discrepancies and assist in resolution- Maintain team roster of 500+ resources and how those resources align to managers and teams across the organization; monitor headcount changes in real time, facilitate hiring process, and create resource forecast on quarterly basis- Manage vendor forecast and month-over-month burn; ensure invoices are paid in timely manner, renew/extend contracts as needed- Update view of total cost of applications across the organization and ensure resource alignment reflects which applications are being supported Required Skills/ Experience Prior Bank of America experience required Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, team building, and influencing skills. Highly organized and motivated self-starter and quick learner. Strong financial experience. Ability to manage multiple financial priorities simultaneously Financial project management / technology background. Willingness and ability to grow within the Payments & Merchant Services environment to become subject matter expert. Analytical experience - ability to make sense of data from multiple sources, and put into views for Executive consumption Ability to problem solve and provide creative solutions Experience with forecasting and financial analysis to ensure proper resource allocation is maintained to support efforts within funding limits.
