Specifically this person will lead efforts related to how we reimagine our Risk process, modernizing the GRC platform as we turn risk management into a competitive advantage. This is a role that will very much focus on working with a cloud based engineering team while we create and leverage a new data eco system. This leader must also have the ability to attract and recruit the industry's best talent, and simultaneously have the technical chops to ensure that we build compelling, customer oriented solutions in an iterative methodology. Success in the role requires an innovative mind, a proven track record of delivering next generation software and data products, rigorous analytical skills, and a passion for creating market-leading software that integrates automation, machine learning, and predictive analytics.Our Directors Are:

You will:
  • Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product focused software & data engineers
  • Embrace and incubate emerging technology and open source products across all platforms
  • Work to modernize our existing tech stacks and data platforms
  • Bring automation to previously manual processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to find areas of opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with architects, product owners, data professionals, and software & data engineers to drive the implementation of new applications
  • Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across full-stack development tools and technologies.
  • Conduct design and code review to ensure compliance with standards
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in software engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience managing software engineering teams
  • At least 2 years of Cloud experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 7+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
  • 4+ years of experience with AWS
  • 3+ years of experience with DevOps
  • 3+ years of experience with Microservices
  • 2+ years of cloud architecture experience
