Highlights:As part of the Sales Enablement team, the Sales and Tools Business Process Manager serves a critical role in sales improvement. You focus on maximizing the performance of the overall sales organization. You accelerate revenue generation through the creation and evaluation of tool modifications, technologies and processes that improve Sales and Sales Operations. You drive innovation and standardization across the function by identifying needs and system changes to enhance automation. You guide successful improvement processes by translating business needs into requirements and drafting, reviewing and approving the necessary documentation to support the enhancements. You mitigate risks and reduce costs through gap and root cause analyses of sales tool breakage and process obstacles. You enhance efficiency by serving as a liaison to boundary partner organizations impacted by initiatives, including Sales Operations, Product, Order Management, Decision Support and Special Pricing. You thrive in an office environment collaborating with multiple teams simultaneously. You report directly to the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
  • Accelerate revenue by partnering with leadership to uncover sales and tools improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend new and innovative improvements to leadership for short- and long-term planning while aligning new concepts with Spectrum Enterprise imperatives.
  • Enable sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve job satisfaction through the identification of process and automation opportunities.
  • Research and deliver ad-hoc solutions that present information in an easy-to-understand and actionable format with the proper documentation for successful user adoption.
  • Successfully guide projects and programs by tracking and managing capital projects, sales enablement initiatives and prioritized requests.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality assurance and adoption of sales enablement solutions by developing strong internal partnerships.
  • Translate business requirements for Project Management and IT teams to ensure successful project implementations.
  • Improve sales and sales operations by guiding and reinforcing sales tools best practices while applying lessons learned from previous projects.
  • Mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with department policies, procedures and practices.
  • Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.

Required keys for success:
  • Three or more years of data analytics and operational reporting experience.
  • Four or more years of sales, sales support or sales engineering experience.
  • Solid attention to detail and a sense of urgency when completing multiple assignments simultaneously with aggressive timelines.
  • Previous experience and passion for leveraging data to drive significant business impact.
  • History of speaking to large groups using advanced presentation skills.
  • Proven critical thinking abilities for data analysis and processes.
  • Possess the intellectual curiosity to work through ambiguity.
  • Prioritization and organizational skills that can manage multiple projects while working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with minimum direction.
  • Experience working with one or many business intelligence platforms.
  • Familiar with Salesforce.
  • In-depth understanding of reporting and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of data use within a business and how to put together specifications for data design and development.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

How you will stand out from the crowd:
  • Seven or more years of experience with cable TV, internet or phone products and services or other related industry experience.
  • Knowledgeable of sales methodology, client relationship management systems and sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce, Altify, Showpad and Outreach.
  • Continuous learner that is looking to understand the latest enablement tools and thinking.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to iterate, build and improve minimum viable deliverables.

Your education:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
  • Master's degree in business administration, marketing or information systems (preferred).

The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
