- The Integration Coach (IC) is critical for scaling groups of product teams.
- The IC graduate will be able to coach Product Owners and Product Managers on data and metrics driven planning, visualization of workflow, and accelerating delivery via single piece flow.
- The IC provides continuity concerning best practices for PDO and must to be able to switch between a micro and macro viewpoint.
Skills Required:- 4+ years of IT and/or agile experience 2+ years working as an integration/product/agile coach
Experience Preferred:Passion to improve time-to-market and the customer experience Excellent communication skills Ability maintain your space and communicate your point of view Self-driven and comfortable with experiential learning Experience in a variety of agile practices (e.g. scrum or Kanban) Coach an integration team on demand intake Dependency management Measuring business value gained by reducing orchestrationProduct Manager with Integration Experience is based at our corporate office located in Troy, Michigan.
