Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will be part of a fast-growing team which is positioned at the center of the business. The Product Marketing Manager will work very closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to articulate benefits and features of the product to create influential, value-driven stories that really resonate with customers.

Develop actionable insights from market, user, and competitive research that inform marketing strategy and messaging.

Document a deep understanding of customer segments, buyer personas and their associated needs, providing clarity for internal and external stakeholders.

Draft a positioning strategy document that maps out the key messaging for the launch based on the product vision, new features, and the value proposition.

Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing to introduce new packaging and pricing models.

Address customer needs and reduce friction to adopt and expand product usage.

Lead cross-functional teams to stay on track with the go-to-market plan.

Plan launches for internal and external stakeholders; participate in and present in industry events as needed at conferences, trade shows, etc.

Create plan for key marketing collateral and work closely with the marketing team on execution.

Provide sales enablement mateials that articulate the product features and benefits.

The Product Marketing Manager should have prior experience with developing product launch and GTM strategies. In addition to this experience, a successful Product Marketing Manager should match most of the following criteria:

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years professional experience in product marketing (B2B SaaS highly preferred).

Exceptional storytelling skills, including the ability to articulate complex products and features in language that is engaging and easy to understand.

Ability to drive actionable insights and inform product and marketing strategies from user and market research.

Proven experience creating customer-facing materials and presentations.

Strong communication skills, comfortable in front of large, senior groups; an excellent writer; skilled at influencing others.

Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainly in a evolving business landscape.

Has exceptional data analysis skills, able to prove what is -or isn't-working and have the flexibility to adjust.

Located just north of Boston, MA, our client is a manufacturing and supply chain technology innovator whose undertaken fast-growth and significant financial backing over the past few years. Their software drives manufacturing efficiency and cost insights which enables sourcing, streamlines processes, cuts costs, and ultimately helps customers bring their products to market more quickly.

The Product Marketing Manager will be an integral part of our client's team located just north of Boston, MA in Concord. Upon completion of the on boarding process, remote and hybrid flexibility is welcomed. See below for what is included in the job offer for this role:

130-150K base salary, contingent upon prior experience.

Performance bonuses paid out EOY.
