- Analyze complex systems problems and implement solutions
- Seek and recommend alternative processes to improve service delivery to the customer in a cost-effective way
- Create documentation
- Produce complete system requirements and/or specifications as appropriate
- Configure, install, and maintain software and hardware
- Troubleshoot equipment such as servers, storage, and virtualization technologies
- Design, implement, configure, migrate, optimize, troubleshoot customer network solutions, including but not limited to Cisco routing and switching (Catalyst and NXOS), firewalls, wireless RF and LAN, SDA, DNA Center, Umbrella, Duo
- Support Revenue-growth Initiatives -Assist sales team when needed, collaborate on product design efforts, process improvement, etc.
- Pursue continual personal skills improvement, as well as mentoring other members
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience
- 5+ years' experience deploying, configuring, troubleshooting, and designing Wireless LAN solutions (in any of the following: Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Arista)
- 5+ years' experience designing, surveying (predictive and physical) and troubleshooting complex wireless RF environments
- 5+ years' experience deploying Cisco Enterprise Networking solutions
- 2+ years' experience using Ekahau wireless design and troubleshooting tools
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Availability to consult, assist, and/or perform after-hours support and participate in on-call rotations
- One or more industry standard certifications a plus (i.e., CCNP, CCIE, MCITP, RHCE, ASE, VCP)
- Python scripting and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.)
- Knowledge of industry cybersecurity frameworks (such as CIS Top 20, NIST 800-171)
- Sharp technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to provide technical direction in a timely fashion, utilizing standard methodologies that satisfy customer requirements
