  • Location: Hartford, CT; Des Moines, IA or Brighton, MA
  • Duration: 12+ Months

Notes: Current work model is Hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days remote and for Candidate must be fully vaccinated to enter a GA building. Preferred sites are Hartford, CT, Des Moines, IA or Brighton, MA. Will need to log into GA's virtual desktop and use own equipment.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Participation in department-wide initiatives aimed at continuous process and infrastructure improvement
  • Integration within day-to-day control functions, business metrics, and analyses of risks associated with servicing operations
  • Support of business activities by partnering with external parties, TPAs, and other internal teams (e.g. Legal and Compliance, Treasury, Finance, Risk, etc.)
  • Preparation of presentations and reports for external and internal stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, experience in Financial Services preferred, experience in Project Management or with a Business Consulting firm a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set
  • Eagerness to learn and self- motivated to succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a fast paced, high pressure, and dynamic team environment
  • Ability to multi-task multiple high priority responsibilities
  • Ambition and desire to succeed by delivering quality and effective results
