Location: Remote - St. Louis area

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities/Job Duties/Job Description/Qualifications: Project/Program Manager must have Data Center Migration experience working with Vendors, Responsible for delivering large scale Data Analytics projects, Resource should have executive presence, Experience leading large teams
  • Schedule business requirements and solutions planning review sessions
  • Develop business case ROI and supporting executive materials
  • Develop Project Plans including detailed timelines as required
  • Lead and Own high-level program roadmap, including visualization materials
  • Lead and Own initial program structure and ensure business alignment
  • Create decision-making framework for program execution
  • Engage cross-organization, cross-functional stakeholders and teams
  • Lead and Own project approaches and timelines
  • Lead and Own detailed project plans
  • Define impact of change on the business and key stakeholders and develop organizational change management and communication plans
  • Establish key reporting metrics
  • Plan and manage financial resources to meet program milestones
  • Partner with global leaders to ensure program alignment
This role will support all efforts as required by USDA to ensure successful delivery of the IS service to the business customers. Provide leadership and supporting project management services to USDA for the planning, development, and deployment of Infrastructure solutions at the direction of the USDA Infrastructure Delivery Teams.

5-7 years overall project/program experience with proficiency in the following technologies:
  • Microsoft Office tools – PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Microsoft Project
  • Agile Mindset
  • Work collaboratively with USDA Infrastructure Delivery Teams on planning, design, development, and deployment of assigned Infrastructure Delivery projects.
  • Schedule business requirements and solutions planning review sessions
  • Develop Project Plans including detailed timelines as required
  • Engage cross-organization, cross-functional stakeholders and teams
  • Lead and Own project approaches and timelines
  • Lead and Own detailed project plans
  • Establish key reporting metrics
  • Plan and manage financial resources to meet project milestones
  • Perform these activities for multiple distinct projects
  • Duties will range from project management activities listed below to project administration tasks, including planning, tracking, reporting, and producing communication materials, leveraging agile mindsets.
